Terms of Service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using Handd, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Handd is — and isn't

Handd is a workflow tool for delivering, versioning, sharing, and approving client work. It is not an escrow service, does not hold or transfer funds on behalf of any party, and is not a party to any agreement between you and your clients. Any payment arrangements are strictly between you and your clients, handled through your own invoicing or payment tools.

Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain all ownership rights to the projects, files, and client data you upload. You're responsible for having the necessary rights to share any content you upload, and for how you use client information collected through share links (comments, approvals, contact details).

Acceptable use

  • Don't use Handd to upload or distribute content you don't have the rights to share.
  • Don't attempt to circumvent access controls on share links, passwords, or file storage.
  • Don't use the service to distribute malware or unlawful content.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect according to your plan's current billing cycle. Downgrading does not delete your existing content, but may prevent new projects, deliverables, or shares beyond your new plan's limits.

Service availability

We aim to keep Handd available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access and aren't liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

You can stop using Handd and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
